【Abstract】 The paper applies the shift share analysis method to compare and analyze the Economic Development of 12 coastal cities or provinces. It also picks up the information about industrial and competitive advantage or disadvantage. Furthermore this paper positions the economic situation of Liaoning Province and specially analyzes the last ten years’ data of it in the same method.
