【Abstract】 In this paper, an algorithm for venture capital project managers assignment is developed. The method first aggregates decision-maker’s assessments about the importance of various criteria and the suitability of "the venture capital project managers vs. the investment projects" under various criteria to obtain the synthetic suitability matrix and integral suitability matrix. Then an assignment model is constructed and solved to obtain the best solution.更多还原
