【摘要】 目的　分析广东梅县 195 1年至 2 0 0 0年五十年来六种预防接种相应传染病 :白喉、麻疹、百日咳、流行性脑脊髓膜炎、流行性乙型脑炎、脊髓灰质炎 (以下简称 :六病 )发病与死亡情况 ,评价预防接种成效。方法　利用 195 1年至 2 0 0 0年梅县人口及疫情报告资料对以下六病按年份、病种进行分析 ,并对计划免疫冷链系统实施前 (195 1至 1985年 )和实施后 (1986至 2 0 0 0年 )情况进行比较。结果　自实施计划免疫冷链系统以来六病发病率与死亡率都大幅下降 ,年均总发病率从实施前 5 2 5 .0 4 / 10万 ,降至实施后的 6 .30 / 10万 ,下降 98.80 %。死亡率从实施前的 6 .5 5 / 10万降至实施后的 0 .0 7/ 10万 ,下降了 98.93%。结论　实施计划免疫冷链系统是控制和消灭急性传染病最有效的措施。目前 ,仍要警惕麻疹暴发流行更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the morbidity and death of the six infectious diseases of vacci- nation in Mei county of Guangdong province.(The six infectious diseases of vaccination are diph- theria,measles,pertussis,epidem ic cerebrospinal m eningitis,epidemic encephalitis B,poliomyeli- tis) ,and assess the effect of vaccination.Methods According to Mei county demographic data and epidem ic situation from 195 1to 2 0 0 0 ,we analyzed the epidem iologic feature of the six infec- tious diseases,for example,the age distribution,the infection kind and so on.We also contrasted the condition before the cold chain system of vaccines and im muization had putinto practice (195 1 - 1985 ) with the posterio condition (1986 - 2 0 0 0 ) .Results After the cold chain system of vac- cines and immunization had put into practice,the inciden rate and death rate of the six infectious diseases decreased gradually,the annually average crude- incidence rate reduced from 5 2 5 .0 4 / 10 0 0 0 0 to 6 .30 / 10 0 0 0 0 ,a fall of 98.80 % .The death rate reduced from 6 .5 5 / 10 0 0 0 0 to 0 .0 7/ 10 0 0 0 0 ,a fall of 98.93% .Conclusions Putting the cold chain system of vaccines and imm uniza- tion into pratice was the most effective m easure of control and exterminate the acute infectious dieases.And now,we still should have a attention with the outbreak of the m easles.更多还原
