【摘要】 目的　提高成人甲肝疫苗的接种率 ,降低整个人群甲肝发病率。方法　在试点成功的基础上 ,以县为单位全面推广甲肝疫苗保偿接种 ,对甲肝疫苗接种率及甲肝发病率进行评价。结果　实施保偿接种前后 ,甲肝疫苗年均接种率升高 ,全市人群甲肝发病率由 1995年 39.39/ 10万下降至2 0 0 0年 8.2 6 / 10万 ,下降了 79.0 3% ;15～ 45 a甲肝发病率由 5 2 .5 6 / 10万下降至 10 .0 / 10万 ,下降了 80 .97%。结论　实施甲肝疫苗保偿接种后明显提高了成人甲肝疫苗接种率 ,进一步降低整个人群的甲肝疫情。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To increase the adult inoculate rates of hepatitis A vaccine and to decrease the crowd incidence of hepatitis A. Methods On the basis of succeeding in making the experiment, the insurance inoculation of hepatitis A vaccine was completely spreaded with the unit of country. Results The yearly average inoculation rates were increased after the insurance inoculation, the incidence of hepatitis A has decreased from 39.39/10 5 in 1995 to 8.26/10 5 in 2000 and it dropped 79.03%, among which it has decreased from 52.56/10 5 in 1995 to 10.0/10 5 in 2000 in 15 to 45 years old and it dropped 80.97%. Conclusions It shows that the insurance inoculate has obviously been able to increase the adult inoculation rates and further to decrease incidence of hepatitis A.更多还原
