糖耐量减低者饮食干预前后糖化低密度脂蛋白水平的变化
Effects of diet on level of glycated low-density lipoprotein in subjects with impaired glucose tolerance
【摘要】 目的 探讨饮食控制对中老年糖耐量减低 (IGT)者糖化低密度脂蛋白 (G- L DL )的影响。方法 对 4 2例中老年 IGT患者进行 10个月饮食干预 ,并在饮食干预前后测定空腹血糖 (FSG)、2h餐后血糖 (PSG)、G- L DL、血清甘油三酯 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、血胰岛素 (INS)以及体质指数(BMI)的变化。结果 糖耐量正常者 (NGT)和 IGT患者 G- L DL指数分别为 16 2 .0 1± 5 9.34和2 84 .38± 6 9.6 4 (P <0 .0 1)。 10个月饮食干预后 ,IGT患者 G- L DL水平较干预前下降 (干预前为2 84 .38± 6 9.6 4 ,干预后降为 14 1.6 8± 35 .2 9;P <0 .0 1)。 FSG、PSG、TG、TC、INS及 BMI在干预后也下降 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 饮食控制可明显改善 IGT患者的糖、脂代谢 ,从而有效抑制了 G-L DL水平的升高
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of diet intervention on level of glycated low density lipoprotein (G LDL) in elderly subjects with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT). Methods Diet intervention trial was carried out among 42 subjects with IGT. The G LDL, fasting serum glucose (FSG), 2 hour postprandial serum glucose after 75 g OGTT (PSG), serum insulin(INS), triglyceride(TG), cholesterol(TC) as well as body mass index(BMI) were determined before and 10 months after initiation of the diet intervention trial. Results The levels of G LDL in normal glucose tolerance subjects(NGT), subjects with IGT were 162.01±59.34 and 284.38±69.64, respectively, and the difference of G LDL between the two groups was significant (P< 0.01 ). The level of G LDL in subjects with IGT significantly decreased 10 months after diet intervention (284.38±69.64,141.68±35.29; P< 0.01 ), and FSG?PSG?TG?TC?INS as well as BMI also significantly decreased as compared with those before diet intervention(P< 0.01 ). Conclusions Diet intervention significantly inhibits the increase of G LDL by improving metabolism of serum glucose and serum lipid in subjects with IGT.
