【摘要】 目的　观察乳腺癌组织 c- erb B- 2的表达 ,探讨其生物学意义。方法　应用 SP法免疫组织化学技术检测 5 5 4例乳腺癌和 10 0例癌旁乳腺组织中 c- erb B- 2蛋白的表达 ,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果　 5例 (5 .0 % )癌旁乳腺组织 ,334例 (6 0 .3% )乳腺癌组织表达 c- erb B- 2蛋白。癌组织浸润的前沿染色较强。 c- erb B- 2的表达与癌旁上皮增生程度、乳腺癌组织学类型及分级关系密切 (P <0 .0 1) ,但与患者年龄、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小及肿瘤、结节、转移 (TNM)分期无明显相关。结论　检测 c- erb B- 2表达对鉴别乳腺良恶性病变具有辅助价值 ,并有助于判断乳腺癌的分化程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study c erbB 2 oncoprotein expression of breast cancer and its biological significance. Methods c erbB 2 protein expression was detected in 554 cases of breast cancer and 100 cases of benign breast tissues adjacent to breast cancer by using immunohistochemical SP method. Results Five cases with benign breast tissues and 334 cases with breast cancer expressed c erbB 2 oncoprotein. Staining was more evident at the infiltrating margins than that at the center of the cancer. c erbB 2 expression was associated with the degree of epithelial hyperplasia, histologic typing and grading (P<0.01), but it was not correlated to age, lymphnode involvement, tumor size and TNM stages. Conclusions Detection of c erbB 2 expression may be helpful to differential diagnosis of breast cancer and judge its differentiation.更多还原
