【摘要】 目的 观察低分子肝素(LMWH)治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效。方法 112例患者随机分为:LMWH治疗组62例,应用低分子肝素0.4ml,腹壁脐旁皮下注射,2次/d,连续10d为1疗程;复方丹参对照组50例,复方丹参250ml静滴,qd,连用10 d为1疗程。结果 治疗组总有效率90.3％,疗效明显高于对照组72.0％(P<0.01);并可降低血液粘度(P<0.01);CT检查显示治疗组病灶缩小较对照组有显著差异(P<0.01),无严重不良反应。结论 LMWH是治疗急性脑梗死安全有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate efficacy and safety of lowmolecular weight hepain(LMWH) in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 112 patients were randomly divided into two groups: LMWH therapy group, 62 patients, LMWH was given subcutaneously for 10 days (0.4 ml,ql2 h); of Compound Dan Shen control group, 50 patients, injection was given by vein drop (250 ml), q. d. for 10 d. Results The total effective rate was 90. 3 % in the LMWH group and it was significantly greater than 72. 0 % in the control group (P < 0.01). No serious complication was found such as bleeding, heparin ?induced thrombocytopenia and so on. Conclusions LMWH is efficacious, safe and simple for acute cerebral infarction.更多还原
