冷轧薄钢板退火过程组织演变的Monte Carlo模拟
Monte Carlo Simulation of Microstructure Evolution of Cold Rolled Steel Sheets during Annealing
【摘要】 利用 Monte Carlo方法及模型进行了冷轧薄钢板静态再结晶退火组织的模拟 ,实现了退火组织的连续动态变化过程 ,可以观察晶界的迁移及晶粒在退火过程中相互吞并的机理和过程。还模拟了冷轧钢板退火过程中晶粒尺寸及再结晶分数的变化规律及冷轧压下率对再结晶的影响。将模拟结果与实验结果进行对比发现 ,两者基本吻合。
【Abstract】 The simulation of structure evolution of cold rolled steel sheets during annealing has been performed using Monte Carlo method. By this simulation, the continuous change of the structure, movement of the grain boundaries and mergence of the grains during annealing can be observed. The effect of different value of Ni on recrystallization was simulated too. By comparison of experimental and simulated results, the agreement in change law of grain size, recrystallization fraction and the effect of reduction rate on recrystallization has been proved.
