炉气分析在转炉动态控制中的应用
Application of Gas Analysis in Converter Dynamic Control
【摘要】 炉气分析动态控制技术已经在国外钢厂获得了广泛应用。本文介绍了炉气分析碳积分模型、碳指数模型和喷溅预报模型 ,以及炉气分析在国外转炉动态控制中的应用效果。根据国外的应用效果可以得知 ,炉气分析在提高转炉终点命中率、减少喷溅和降低成本等方面确有成效 ,是一项很有发展前景的转炉全程动态控制技术。
【Abstract】 The application of the dynamic model based on gas analysis is universal at abroad. The carbon integral model, carbon exponent model, sloppy prediction model and their application was presented. Based on the application, gas analysis can improve the hit rate of end point determination, reduce sloppying and cut down the cost in BOF process. It is a promising BOF dynamic control technology.
