60Si2MnA弹簧钢的热变形行为
Hot Deformation Behavior of 60Si2MnA Spring Steel
【摘要】 通过热模拟压缩试验 ,研究了 6 0 Si2 Mn A弹簧钢高温变形时的力学行为和动态再结晶行为。由实验数据求得了 6 0 Si2 Mn A弹簧钢的热变形激活能、峰值应力、峰值应变以及动态再结晶晶粒尺寸与 Zener- Hollomon参数之间的关系。结果表明 ,通过动态再结晶能获得细小的晶粒。
【Abstract】 The mechanical and dynamical recrystallization behavior of 60Si2MnA spring steel under hot deformation was investigated by hot simulation compression test. The activation energy of dynamical recrystallization and the relations of peak stress, peak strain, and grain size of dynamically recrystallized austenite with Zener Hollomon parameter Z were obtained. The results showed that the dynamical recrystallization can fine grain.
