Fe3Al合金100~300℃抗拉强度的反常温度现象
Anomalous Temperature Dependence of Tensile Strength for Fe3Al Alloy at 100-300 ℃
【摘要】 研究了 Fe3Al合金从室温到高温力学性能的变化情况 ,发现在 10 0~ 30 0℃之间 ,该合金的抗拉强度出现了反常温度现象 ,即随着温度的升高 ,抗拉强度也提高 ,并在 30 0℃附近达到最大值。据分析 ,在此温度范围内 ,温度升高塑性逐渐增大 ,同时流变应力提高 ,于是造成了塑性变形能的增加 ,使抗拉强度出现了反常温度现象
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of Fe 3Al based alloy were investigated from ambient temperature to elevated temperature. It was found that an anomalous temperature dependence of tensile strength occurred from 100 ℃ to 300 ℃: the tensile strength of Fe 3Al is increased with the increasing of temperature, with a small loss of yield stress and increased effect of work hardening. All these make the plastic deformation energy increase, and cause the anomalous temperature dependence of tensile strength.
