LF炉精炼过程钢水温度预报模型
Temperature Prediction Model of Molten Steel in LF
【摘要】 以钢水和炉渣为研究体系 ,通过对 L F炉精炼过程中能量收入和损失的系统分析 ,根据体系的能量平衡规律推导出 L F炉精炼过程钢水的升温速率数学模型。其中包壁的传热 (包括侧壁和包底 )分别采用圆柱坐标下和直角坐标下的一维非稳态导热微分方程及其初始条件和第三类边界条件来描述 ,用有限差分方法求解 ,并编制成计算机模型 ,用于精炼过程钢水温度和出钢温度的预报。应用结果表明 ,该模型预报结果与实测值误差小于± 5℃。
【Abstract】 A new mathematical model used for forecasting molten steel temperature during LF refining process was established on the basis of heat transfer principle with theoretical analysis. The heat transfer in ladle refractories (including side and bottom) was described with non steady differential difference equations under one dimension cylindrical coordinates and rectangular coordinates. The calculated and tested results indicated that the deviation of molten steel temperature predicted by this model is no more than ±5 ℃ to the measured data.
