氧气高炉炉身的模拟试验研究
Experimental Simulation on Reduction Process of Shaft for Oxygen Blast Furnace
【摘要】 用包吕斯 (Borist)炉模拟研究了少量喷煤高炉、富氧喷煤高炉和氧气高炉的炉身还原过程。结果表明 :氧气高炉炉身还原条件明显改善 ,还原后烧结矿、块矿和球团矿的金属化率分别超过 70 %、80 %和 90 % ,是普通高炉的 2倍以上。不论对于氧气高炉还是普通高炉 ,在还原过程中 ,烧结矿的强度变化不大 ,而球团矿和块矿的强度却大幅度下降
【Abstract】 In order to simulate the reduction behavior of shaft for blast furnaces with less quantity of coal injection, oxygen enrichment blasting as well as high quantity of coal injection and full oxygen blasting, the borist furnace was used. The test results showed that the reduction in the shaft of oxygen blast furnace is improved obviously and the metallization ratios of sinter, pellets and ore are above 70 %, 80 % and 90 % respectively. The metallization ratio of burden in the shaft of oxygen blast is 2 times higher than that in the normal blast furnaces. The strength of sinter is changeless but the strengths of pellet and ore decreases greatly during reduction.
