催化裂化反应再生系统故障树模型及操作工艺失常状态分析
Reliability Assessment of Reactor-Regenerator System based on Fault Tree Analysis
【摘要】 反应 再生系统是影响催化裂化装置安全和经济效益的关键因素 ,文中采用故障树分析方法 ,建立反应 再生系统故障树模型 ,并对其操作工艺失常状态进行了可靠性分析 ,得到引起反应 再生系统非正常运行状态的关键影响因素和薄弱环节。并根据该故障树模型的特点 ,给出系统长周期可靠运行的改进措施。
【Abstract】 An analysis has been made to the reliability of reactor-regenerator system by means of Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), which is a technique widely used in the study of the reliability of industrial systems. A Fault Tree Model of reactor-regenerator has been developed and the qualitative analysis and quantitative computation were used to determine the reliability of the process system and the weakest link of the system. Meanwhile the ways of improving system′s reliability and safety were also given.
