一体式膜生物反应器处理蛋白类废水研究
Study on Albumen Wastewater Treatment by Using Submerged Membrane Bioreactor
【摘要】 以一体式膜生物反应器 ,对较高浓度的蛋白类有机废水进行处理。结果表明 ,一体式膜生物反应器处理蛋白类废水效率高 ,不受负荷影响 ,进水COD在 6 2 3.4— 2 313.5mg/L之间 ,稳定运行条件下 ,COD的去除率可达 95 .0 %以上、TN的平均去除率为 6 1.8%、浊度的去除率可达 98.8%。通过密闭反冲洗系统、曝气紊流条件 ,可有效缓解膜通量的衰减 ,同时防止反应器内硝化抑制作用的产生。实验还表明 ,MLSS是制约膜水通量和废水处理效果的关键因素
【Abstract】 Higher concentration albumen organic wastewater treatment was carried out by submerged membrane bioreactor.Research results show that the treatment of efficiency is high and can not be effected by load.The influent COD is between 623.4 and 2313.5mg/L,when the operation is stable,the removal of COD is above 95.0%,the average removal of TN is 61.8% and the removal of turbidity can even reach 98.8%.The closed back purge system and the condition of aerating turbulent flow can lighten the attenuation of membrane flux,at the same time,prevent the problem of nitrification inhibition.The research also shows that MLSS is a key factor in restricting flux and treatment effect.
