【摘要】 目的　探讨下肢创伤后皮瓣 ,肌皮瓣在临床应用价值。方法　采用皮瓣、肌皮瓣转移或移植修复创伤性软组织缺损。皮瓣、肌皮瓣面积 8cm× 6cm～ 2 3cm× 9cm。结果　 11例皮瓣全部成活 ,创面Ⅰ期愈合。经术后 6个月至 1年随访 ,外形及功能恢复满意。结论　根据不同部位和面积 ,选择合适的皮瓣、肌皮瓣 ,可一次性修复下肢软组织缺损、骨外露 ,是保全肢体恢复功能的有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of the skin flap or musculocutane ous flap to treat the injuries of legs. Methods Skin flaps or musculocutane ous flaps were used to repair the gaps of the skin caused by injure. The area of the skin flap or the musculocutaneous flap was 8×6cm 2～25×9cm 2. Results 11 patients treated by this method were all cured sucessfully in the first session. The shape and the functions of them were restored well according to the 6～11 months folllowing up after operation. Conclusion The skin flaps or the musculocutane ous flap chosen can repair the gaps of the skin caused by injure in legs in the first time according to the position and area. This method is an effective one which can restore the injured leg’s function and shape.更多还原
