【摘要】 用不同的温度与不同的时间对猪血超氧化物歧化酶液进行处理 ,结果表明 :随着温度的升高和处理时间的延长 ,酶活性和杂蛋白均呈下降趋势 .但从比活性上看 ,猪血SOD的处理以变性温度 5 5～ 6 5℃ ,变性时间为 15 2 6min最适宜 ,酶纯度最高 .更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper treats crude hog superoxide dismutase with different temperatures and at different time. The result shows as following: with the rise of temperature and prolongation of treatment time, enzymatic activity and content of other proteins all decrease. In terms of specific activity, the treatment is most appropriate at 55～65℃ and for 15～26 minutes for thermal denatured extracting SOD from hog blood and the enzyme is the pruest.更多还原
