含铁氨羧螯合树脂配体交换除氟研究
Study on Removing Fluorine from Water through the Ligand Excha nge of a Chelating Type Amine_Carboxyl Group Resins Containing Iron
【摘要】 报道了以D40 1型氨羧螯合树脂螯合固载铁 (Fe3 + ) ,利用水溶液中F-可与Fe3 + 形成稳定配合物性质 ,实现了配体交换固液分离去除高氟水中的氟 .实验研究了该种分离材料在含氟水的除氟性能和条件 .结果表明 ,含氟 1 0~ 2 0mg L左右的水溶液中 ,除氟率可达 99%以上 ,可使氟含量降至 0 0 5mg L以下 ,经测定 ,树脂对氟的吸附量可达 2 7mgF- g_R ,水中常见共存离子对氟离子的吸附无影响 ,表现出树脂除氟过程的高度选择性
【Abstract】 In this thesis, a new method that removing fluoine from water including fluoride using type of D401 chelating resins was reported. In t his method, the first the resin adsorbs and immobilizes iron(Fe 3+ ), then t he properties of coordination of fluorine ions (F -) and iron cation (Fe 3+ ) in water solution was utilized, the fluoring can be separated between solid_ liquid phases. The test result shows that the 99% of fluor was removed from wat er including fluorine about 10~20mg/L, and fluorine contents in water can fall to below 0 05mg/L, the static saturation adsorbing capacity is 2 7mg F -/g_ R. Other hands, test result shows as well, common_ions in water do not make affe ct to adsorbing fluor ions by the resin. A high selectin in proccss of removing fluorins has been demonstrated.
