【摘要】 高等学校后勤改革工作对于保证教育体制改革的顺利进行极为重要。早在1985年中共中央关于教育改革的决定就指出高校后勤改革的方向是实行社会化。经过十多年的不断探索,绝大部分教育工作者,特别是广大后勤人员在实现后勤社会化改革的问题上取得了共识。但是,后勤社会化的终极目标是什么?具有中国社会主义特色的高校后勤社会化的模式又如何?对于这些问题,仍有一个认识的过程,仍需要进行认真的探讨。 后勤社会化的终极目标决不是将后勤全部交给社会。就我们的国情看,学校仍需保持一定的主动权,要保持一部分自办的成份。但是学校后勤服务系统参照现代企业制度组建具有独立法人资格的后勤服务实体是后勤实现社会化的一个重要标志。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reform of the logistics at colleges and universities is essential to ensure the reform of the educational system. Early in 1985, the central committee of the C. P. C pointed out that the reform orientation is socialization . After over ten years of study and pursuit,most educators, esp. the logistics staff , have reached the common understanding in this sense . However, some questions still need serious explorations:What is the socialization model characteristics of socialism?The ultimate objective is not to transform the logistics to the society. In our national situation, the schools still need to keep certain initiative and their own part. Nevertheless,the rear service entity,formed by the logistics system,which has the independent corporate qualifications,is one of the important symbols of the logistics socialization.更多还原
