【摘要】 对克氏原螯虾与红螯螯虾的血相进行了比较研究。结果表明 :克氏原螯虾与红螯螯虾的血细胞均由无颗粒细胞、小颗粒细胞和大颗粒细胞组成 ;其血细胞数量分别为 7.0 2× 10 6个 /ml和 1.6 5× 10 6个 /ml。 2种螯虾的血细胞大小与核质比均存在显著差异 ;无颗粒细胞、小颗粒细胞和大颗粒细胞占血细胞总量的百分比在克氏原螯虾为 10 .2 1%、74 .4 1%和 15 .4 8% ,在红螯螯虾为 13.72 %、6 8.84 %和 17.5 4 %。更多还原

【Abstract】 The blood indices of Procambarus clarkii and Cherax quadricarinatus were studied. Three kinds of blood cells, the hyaline hemocyte, the small-granular hemocyte and the large-granular hemocyte were distinguished according to the morphology, structure and the size of granules. The number of the hemocytes of P. clarkii and C. quadricarinatus was 7.02×10 6 /ml and 1.65×10 6 /ml,respectively. The blood cells of the two crayfish were significantly different in size and NP. The statistics showed that the percentage of the hyaline hemocytes, the small-granular hemocytes and the large-granular hemocytes of the P. clarkii was 10.21%, 74.71% and 15.48% in the total amount of circulatory blood cells, respectively. The percentage of these cells of C. quadricarinatus was 13.72%,68.84% and 17.54%, respectively. The hemocytes of three kinds were significantly different in size of the same species crayfish.更多还原
