异源植物提取物对香蕉交脉蚜的控制作用
Effect of Plant Extracts on Banana Aphid (Pentalonia nigronervosa f. Caladii Van der Goot)
【摘要】 测定了 2 3种异源植物提取物对香蕉交脉蚜的忌避作用和致死作用 ,结果表明 :处理 2 4h后蓖麻、夹竹桃对香蕉交脉蚜定居取食的干扰效果好 ,忌避作用指数在 0 .1以下 ;马樱丹、番茄、飞机草和鳞花草对香蕉交脉蚜忌避作用较强 ,忌避作用指数为 0 .1~ 0 .3;忌避作用指数为 0 .3~ 0 .5的有千头柏、牵牛花、白花非洲山毛豆、马尾松和走马箭。处理后 4 8h ,大部分植物提取物对香蕉交脉蚜的忌避作用明显降低 ;处理后 72h ,大部分植物提取物的忌避作用指数接近于 1,说明对香蕉交脉蚜的定居取食干扰作用已很弱。绝大部分植物提取物对香蕉交脉蚜的致死作用不强。处理后 72h ,仅蓖麻、马樱丹存活指数低于 0 .5 ,即处理的蚜虫存活率在对照的5 0 %以下。另外效果较好的有夹竹桃、飞机草、白花非洲山毛豆等。
【Abstract】 Repellent effect and toxicity of the plant extracts on banana aphid ( Pentalonia nigronervosa f. Caladii Van der Goot) were studied in laboratory. The results show that the repellent effect of Ricinus communis L. and Nerium indicum Mill. is very high, and the repellent indices of those two plant extracts are under 0.1. Repellent indices of Lantana camara L., Lycopersicum esculentum Mill., Eupatorium odoratum L. and Lepidagathis incurva D.Don range from 0.1 to 0.3. Repellent effect of most of plant extracts decreases obviously 48 hours after treatment. Most of the repellent indices are close to 1 when 72 hours after treatment. Toxicity of most of plant extracts on banana aphid is low.
