【摘要】 许多发展中国家根据环境库兹涅茨曲线制定了先出口环境资源发展经济后治理环境的发展战略 ,利用环境资源的比较优势发展对外贸易进而推动经济增长 ,当国民经济发展到一定水平之后 ,环境损害随着人均收入水平的进一步提高而降低。本文认为利用环境资源的比较优势开展对外贸易实际上使发展中国家的利益受到损害 ,而环境也不会因为经济的发展而自动改善。发展中国家应该正确的处理好对外贸易、经济发展和环境保护三者的关系 ,走社会、经济和环境相互协调的可持续发展的道路更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the “Environmental Kuznets Curve”, many developing countries draw up their strategies follow the rule “damage the environment in order to grow, and then cure it”. They specialize in the production and export the commodity with greater comparative advantage of environmental resources and believe that the environmental damage will reach a maximum level and declines thereafter with income levels improvement. In this article, we attempt to reveal the interaction of foreign trade, economic development and environmental protection in developing countries. We argue that the environmental costs are transferred to developing countries with the strategies and the environmental quality will not be improved automatically with economic growth.更多还原
