【摘要】 欧盟国家在武汉的直接投资中 ,英国处于领先地位。本文首先分析了英国在武汉直接投资的现状、主要特点 ,然后从企业运行的外部环境、企业自身的发育以及管理者的角度探析了英资企业经营不佳的原因。文章认为要搞好现有英资企业以及进一步扩大武汉吸引外资 ,政府部门必须尽快转变观念、提高服务质量、完善各种生产要素市场 ,并遵循“稳固基础 ,方法创新 ,新老结合”的思路 ,推动武汉市经济更快发展更多还原

【Abstract】 The UK’s direct investment in Wuhan leads in the items and total capitals in the European countries. Taking the UK’s enterprises as samples, the paper analyzes the investment background, regional advantages, and then surveys the general investment situation and characters. The paper focuses on the enterprises environment, the growth of modern enterprises and the managers’ quality for the reasons why the results are not satisfactory, It shows the managers’ quality is great important to the development of the enterprises. Finally, the paper suggests that it is urgent for Wuhan’s municipal government to change ideas, cultivate various markets, improve the server quality, and to accelerate the economic development in accordance with the principle of "developing new enterprises while stabilizing old ones through innovation.更多还原
