Schiff碱助剂对CuCl催化反应性能的影响
The effect of adding Schiff based on the reaction in CuCl catalysis system
【摘要】 系统研究了不同Schiff碱配合CuCl对甲醇氧化羰化合成碳酸二甲酯的催化性能 .筛选出助催化性能好、腐蚀性小的Schiff碱助剂 .实验结果表明 ,1,10 菲罗啉与CuCl复合催化体系的催化效率最高 .从腐蚀性试验结果看 ,加入 1,10 菲罗啉化合物后 ,在 5 0℃时 ,复合催化体系对Q2 35和 1Cr18Ni9钢的年腐蚀率分别为4 .6 84mm/a和 0 .0 132mm /a .约为氯化亚铜催化体系年腐蚀率的 1/ 6和 1/ 14 8.
【Abstract】 The effects of Schiff bases (promoter) on the reaction activity of oxidative carbonylation of methanol in present of CuCl (catalyst) were investigated. The best Schiff base promoter was selected which had better promoting catalysis and anti corrosion abilities. The results showed that the complex catalyst system of CuCl and 1, 10 phenanthroline had the best catalytic activity. The corrosive rate of this σ phen/CuCl complexes catalyst system to Q235 and lCr18Ni9stainless steel was 4.684?mm/a and 0.013?2?mm/a respectively at 50?℃, which was about 1/6~1/148 of the CuCl system.
