DME发动机着火与燃烧过程的数值模拟研究
Auto ignition and combustion simulation of DME as oxygenated clean fuel in compression ignition engine
【摘要】 从含氧清洁燃料二甲醚 (DME)低温着火的化学反应机理入手 ,开展了DME自燃着火过程的数值模拟研究 ,进而建立了不同温度、压力和燃空当量比条件下DME着火滞燃期的数据库 ,通过将该数据库与发动机工作过程的模拟模型相耦合 ,对DME发动机的运转性能进行了变参数预测分析 ,预测结果与实验结果符合较好
【Abstract】 The multi step DME/air oxidation reaction mechanism was developed and used to study auto ignition characteristics of direct injection diesel engine operated with DME. The present study was focused on the prediction of ignition delay, the setup of ignition data library and its coupling with the thermodynamic model of engine performance. The ignition delay computations were performed by using CHEMKIN code for various diesel like conditions. The simulation of the combustion process and heat release rate analysis in an engine operated with both DME and diesel fuel were carried out by the use of the present model. The computation results were compared with experimental data. The predictions of ignition delay and engine pressure history were in good agreement with the experimental results.
