【Abstract】 Based on the systematic analysis of the object, connotation, land exploitation, and the features of the market of the land appraisal in landscape zone, the core of it is the item land-value evaluation. Moreover, it is suggested and proved the evaluating method system for the benchmark land-price which is based on the natural and civil sight appraisal and the yield of the invest. Taking the landscape zone in Tiantai Mountain as an example, a benchmark land-price evaluation system is established. It puts down a sound foundation to introduce the new systems, e.g. the stock system, for the development of Tiantai Mountain landscape zone.更多还原
