【摘要】 目的　对鼻内窥镜下垂体肿瘤切除术后并发症的原因、预防及处理进行总结。方法　分析近 3年来用鼻内窥镜进行垂体肿瘤切除术伴有术后并发症病例的治疗情况 ,结合文献进行讨论。结果　在肿瘤全被切除的 2 7例病人中 ,术后发生脑脊液鼻漏 3例 ,尿崩症 4例。结论　用鼻内窥镜治疗位于颅底的肿瘤 ,是内窥镜鼻窦外科值得称誉的延伸发展 ,但对其并发症仍需高度重视更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the pathogenesis,prevention and treatment of the complication occurrng in endoscopic pituitary tumors Surgery.Methods To study and discuss with reviewing the literatures the management of complication occurring in endoscopic pituitary tumors surgery for 3 yearsResults The operative complications from total tumor resection in 27 cases were cerebrospinal rhinorrhea in 3,diabetes in sipidus in 4.Condusion The surgery by using in endoscopic technique for skull base tumors got better development in endoscopic sinus surgery.However,we must attach importance to the complications更多还原
