【摘要】 目的 :短期观察苯那普利 (洛汀新 )对糖尿病肾病 (DN)患者尿蛋白排泄和肾功能的影响。方法 :30例DN患者在原抗糖尿病的基础上 ,加洛汀新 5～ 15mg/d ,短期观察 10～ 12周。结果 :10～ 12周后 ,2 4h尿蛋白及血压明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,尿蛋白排泄的降低与血压的下降无显著相关 ,血Cr,BUN ,血钾 ,空腹血糖和 2 4h尿糖无明显变化。结论 :洛汀新对DN有较好的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The influence of DN patients′ urinary protein and renal function with Benazepril was obsverved in a short term.Method 30 DN patients on basal Dabetes′ treatment were applicated Benazepril 5-15 mg/Day,10-12 weeks.Result After 10-12 weeks,24 hours′ urinary protein quantitative estimation and blood pressure distinctly descended(P<0.01).The lowering of urinary protein was not dramaticly correlative with blood pressure descent.Bloody Cr,BUN,K +,fasting blood-glucose and 24 hours urinary glucose quantitative estimation did not obvious changed.Conclusion Benazepril had better protection to DN.更多还原
