【摘要】 对黄海产海燕生殖腺进行了营养成分分析。结果如下:海燕生殖腺蛋白质含量为43.25％,脂肪含量为14.22％,还原糖含量为3.48％,总糖含量为18.60％。并进一步对氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸作了定性定量分析,其中总氨基酸中必需氨基酸含量为36.24％,半必需氨基酸含量为10.46％,其它氨基酸含量为53.30％;高不饱和脂肪酸含量丰富,其中二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)分别占总不饱和脂肪酸的22.39％和0.30％,EPA含量显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 The nutritional components of gonad in Asterina pectinifera from the Huanghai Sea were analysed. The findings showed that the content of protein , fat , reduced sugar and total carbohydrate in the gonad of Asterina pectinifera are 43. 25% , 14. 22% ,3. 48% and 18. 60% , respectively. The amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids were further analysed qualitatively and quantitatively with amino acid auto-analyzer and gas chromatography. The findings indicated that the content of essential amino acid , half essential amino acid and other amino acids in total amino acids are 36.24%, 10.46% and 53. 30%, respectively, polyunsaturated fatty acids are abundant, the content of EPA and DHA in the gonad of Asterina pectinifera are 22. 39% and 0. 30% , respectively, and the content of EPA was also remarkable.更多还原
