【摘要】 目的:观察蛤壳粉外涂与0.02％呋喃西林溶液冷湿敷合用治疗外阴皮炎、湿疹的疗效及不良反应。方法:30例病人均来自门诊（男9例,女21例,平均年龄47.1岁）,蛤壳粉外涂及0.02％呋喃西林溶液冷湿敷,每日2次,共3周。结果治愈21例（70％）,显效6例（20％）,有效2例（6.66％）,无效1例（3.33％）,总有效率为90.0％,未发现不良反应。结论:蛤壳粉与0.02％呋喃西林溶液合用是治疗外阴皮炎、湿疹的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of the combination of Concha merelricis Seu cyclinae powder with 0. 02% furacilin solution in treating dermatitis vulvae and eczema. METHODS: Thirty outpatients (9 men and 21 women with the average age of 47. 1 years old) were treated with Concha meretricis Seu cyclinae powder and 0. 02% furacilin solution by wet dressing or external use twice daily for three weeks. RESULTS: 21 cases were cured (70%); 6 cases were significant recovery (20%); 2 cases were effective (6. 66%) and 1 cases was ineffective (3. 33%), The total effective rate was 90. 0% and no adverse reaction was found.
