雨生红球藻(Haematococcus pluvialis)在诱导条件下积累虾青素的调控机理研究新进展
New advances on regulatory mechanisms of astaxanthin accumulation in Haematococcus pluvialis under inducing conditions
【摘要】 本文综述了近年来国内外在雨生红球藻(Haematococcuspluvialis)的虾青素生物合成途径、关键酶的性质及相关基因的克隆、表达与调控的分子机理等领域取得的最新研究进展,并提出了国内应开展的相关创新性研究的通报。
【Abstract】 New advances worldwide on the pathway of astaxanthin biosynthesis, character of key enzymes, and their gene cloning, expression and the regulatory mechanisms in Haemato-coccus pluvialis in recent years were reviewed in present paper. The innovating research aspects in related field in China were also proposed.
