【摘要】 目的　探讨脉络宁对老年脑梗死的临床疗效及作用机理。方法　 70例老年脑梗死患者分两组 ,脉络宁组用脉络宁治疗 ,对照组用维脑路通治疗 ,观察治疗前后血液流变学及血流动力学参数变化及临床疗效。结果　脉络宁对老年脑梗死患者血液流变学和血流动力学参数有明显改善 (P <0 .0 1) ,临床疗效较维脑路通佳。结论　脉络宁对老年脑梗死血流动力学和血液流变学参数明显改善 ,对老年脑梗死治疗作用明显更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinically curative effects of mailuoning in the treatment of elder brain infarction and the mechanism.Methods Seventy patients with elder brain infarction were randomly divided into two groups: Mailuoning group treated with mailuoning and control group with wenarution. The changes in blood cheology and dynamic parameters of these patients before and after treatment were observed.Results The Maoluoning could obviously improve the rheology and dynamic parameters as compared with wenaruton ( P < 0.01 ).Conclusion Mailuoning can significantly improve the perameters of the blood cheology and dynamics of the patients with elder brain infarction and the therapeutic effect was satisfactory.更多还原
