纳米晶复合永磁铁氧体的双相交换耦合作用
Exchange-coupling Interaction in Nanostructured Two-phase Permanent Ferrites
【摘要】 采用sol gel方法制备纳米晶复合SrFe12 O19/γ Fe2 O3 铁氧体.利用X射线衍射(XRD),透射电子显微镜(TEM)和振动样品(VSM)对纳米晶样品进行了研究.当焙烧温度介于 60 0~80 0℃,样品存在SrFe12 O19/γ Fe2 O3 复相.在同样条件下,压成薄片的样品呈现了硬磁与软磁(SrFe12 O19/γ Fe2 O3 )的纳米复合相的交换耦合作用.对SrFe12 O19/γ Fe2 O3 的纳米复合材料的各向同性磁能积的增加和磁性交换耦合作用机制进行了研究.
【Abstract】 Nanocomposite SrFe 12 O 19 / γ Fe 2O 3 permanent ferrites have been prepared by the sol gel method and their structure and magnetic properties have been analyzed by X ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). When thermal treatment temperature is below 800℃, the samples pressed into a flake exhibit exchange coupling interaction between the two nanostructured phases of γ Fe 2O 3 and SrFe 12 O 19 . The exchange coupling interaction and the enhancement of isotropic (BH ) Max in nanocomposite SrFe 12 O 19 / γ Fe 2O 3 permanent ferrites have been discussed.
