【摘要】 目的　探讨组织蛋白酶D(Cath D)在喉鳞癌淋巴转移中与血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的关系。方法　通过免疫组化SP法对 6 0例喉癌标本中VEGF、Cath D进行了检测。结果　喉鳞癌中VEGF、Cath D的阳性表达率分别为83%、6 6 %。VEGF表达与Cath D表达相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。在有淋巴结转移的喉癌标本中VEGF、Cath D阳性表达率明显高于非转移组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　VEGF、Cath D是喉癌淋巴结转移的重要生物学指标 ,VEGF和Cath D具有协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To elucidate the relationship between expression of VEGF and Cath D in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and cervical lymph node metastases.Methods Specimens of 60 laryngeal squamous carcinomas were studied by immunohisto chemical staining for VEGF and Cath D.Results Positive expressions of VEGF and Cath D were found in 83% and 66% of laryngeal squamous carcinoma specimens respectively.There was a positive relative between Cath D and VEGF expression.The VEGF and Cath D were significantly higher in patients with cervical lymph node metastases than those without metastase.Conclusion VEGF and Cath D expression are important monitor markers in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma with cervical lymph node metastase.There might be regulated interaction between Cath D and VEGF.更多还原
