【摘要】 目的　观察炎痛消软膏的抗炎镇痛作用。方法　采用家兔血清致大鼠皮肤水肿法和组织胺致大鼠皮内色素渗出法研究炎痛消软膏的抗炎作用 ;热板法研究炎痛消软膏的镇痛作用。结果　实验研究表明 ,炎痛消软膏能显著抑制大鼠皮肤肿胀和皮下色素的渗出 ,延长小鼠的痛反应时间 ,与空白对照组比较有显著差异 ,与万应膏组间无显著差异 ,且在抗炎方面优于万应膏组。结论　炎痛消软膏具有抗炎镇痛作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the anti-inflammatory and analgesic action of Yantongxiao unguent.Methods The anti-inflammatory action of Yantongxiao unguent was observed with the method that rabbit serum caused rat skin edema and histamine caused rat skin pigment oozing ,and it’s analgesic action was observed with the method of measuring mouse painful threshold by heated iron plate. Results Yantongxiao unguent could restrain the skin edema and pigment oozing from rat and raise mouse painful threshold. There was remarkable difference in comparison with blank control group, and there was no remarkable difference in comparison with Wanyinggao group. On the anti-inflammatory action, Yantongxiao unguent group was better than Wanyinggao group. Conclusion Yantongxiao unguent has anti-inflammatory and analgesic action.更多还原
