【摘要】 目的　研究颗粒骨和块状骨在体外培养条件下对骨髓基质细胞的诱导作用。方法　将家兔的骨髓基质细胞进行体外培养 ,待其在培养瓶中铺成单层后 ,加入颗粒骨及块状骨 ,经活体相差显微镜观察、组织化学染色方法进行观测。结果　细胞培养 2周后细胞分泌活动增强。经ALP染色发现 ,颗粒骨组阳性率明显高于块状骨组。HE染色发现 ,第 2周时颗粒骨内细胞大部分存活 ,而块状骨内细胞已大部分死亡。结论　颗粒骨的诱导骨髓基质细胞向成骨细胞方向转化作用强于块状骨 ;颗粒骨的结构有利于骨内细胞的存活更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the inductive effect of morselized and bulk bone on BMSC in vitro .Methods Putting morselized bone and bulk bone into culturing bottles respectively in which BMSC was cultured ahead of time.Results The execreting activity of the cells increased.The number of ALP colored cells in morselized bone group was more than the other group.Conclusion The inductive effect of morselized bone is better than bulk bone.The cells in morselized bone can get more nourishment than in bulk bone更多还原
