甘露丝对脂、糖代谢影响的研究
The Influence of A Konjac Fo od on Human Lipid and Glucose Metabolism
【摘要】 目的 :研究甘露丝 (一种魔芋食品 )对高脂血症及糖尿病患者脂、糖代谢的影响。方法 :采用成组设计 ,测定患者干预前后甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白等生化指标 ,并进行体格检查及膳食调查。结果 :试验组与对照组 (药物 )比 ,生化及体检指标无显著差异 ,但症状改善及膳食水平则有显著差异。结论 :1 食用甘露丝对高脂血症和糖尿病患者均能起到与药物相似的降脂作用 ,并提示有一定的降压作用。 2 在症状改善上 ,食用甘露丝有比服用药物效果更好的趋势。
【Abstract】 Objective:To s tudy the influence of Ganlusi(a Konjac f ood)on lipid and glucose metabolisms of hyperlipidemia and diabetic.Method:The g rouped design,the method of bio chemistry,physical examination and dieta ry survey were used in the study.Results:There was no statistic ally difference between the experimental group and the control group(drugs),but th er e was difference between the improvemen ts of symptoms and food intake pattern.Co nclusion:1 the influence of taking eithe r Konjac food or drugs was very much alik e;2 taking Konjac food had a tendency to symptomatic improvement than from taking drugs .
