【摘要】 目的　建立测定消渴平颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法　采用双波长反射锯齿扫描法测定 ,用氯仿-甲醇 -水 (13∶6∶2 )下层溶液为展开剂 ,10 %硫酸乙醇溶液为显色剂 ,λS=5 30nm ,λR=70 0nm。结果和结论　该方法简便、准确 ,线性范围 1～ 5 μg ,平均回收率 98.5 0 % ,RSD =1.16 % (n =5 )。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a TLC-scanning method for determining astragaloside Ⅳ in Xiaokeping granules.METHODS The TLC dual wavelength reflection sawtooth scanning was adopted.The lower layer of chloroform-methanol-water(13∶6∶2) was used as the developing system and 10% sulfuric acid-ethanol solution as the spray reagent. RESULTS The linear range was from 1 μg to 5 μg,The average recovery rate was 98.50% with RSD of 1.16%( n =5).CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and suitable for quality control of astragaloside Ⅳ in this preparation.更多还原
