银杏叶提取物的稳定性考察

【摘要】 目的 考察银杏叶提取物的稳定性。方法 用RP -HPLC测定 ,ShimPackCLC -ODS柱 (5 μm 15 0mm×6 .0mm) ,流动相为 0 .4 %磷酸 -甲醇 (1∶1) ,检测样品经不同条件存放后总黄酮的含量 ,同时考察性状及其它共存组分变化。结果 经强光照射 (40 0 0Lx) 10d ,高温存放 (40℃、6 0℃、80℃ ) 10d ,高湿存放 (2 5℃RH下 75 %± 5 %、RH92 .5 %± 5 % ) 10d ,加速试验 (40± 2℃ ,RH 75 %± 5 % ) 3个月和长期实验 2年 ,所考察指标均符合质量标准要求。结论 本品对强光、高温稳定 ,但易潮解

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the stability of Ginkgo bilobal L. extract. METHODS The samples of stress testing, accelerated testing and long-term testing were determinated by HPLC (Shim pack CLC ODS column,5 μm,15 cm×6.0 mm) The mobile phase was 0.4% phosphoric acid ∶methanol (1∶1),the same time, investigating character, identification,other coexistent components were identiified and characterized. RESULTS Items of the sample are according with the quality standard by strong light testing of ten days(4000Lx),high temperature testing of ten days(40℃?60℃?80℃),high wet testing of ten days(25℃ RH 75%±5% , RH 92.5%±5%),accelerated testing of three months(40±2℃,RH75%±5%),long-term testing of two years. CONCLUSION The sample is stable to strong light and high temperature but it is hygroscopic so it needs to be kept dry.
