【摘要】 目的　建立舒肝糖乐胶囊中五味子甲素的HPLC测定法。方法　用TurerKromasilC1 8色谱柱 (4.6mm×1 50mm ,5μm) ,流动相为甲醇 -水 (80∶2 0 ) ,检测波长 2 54nm。 结果　五味子甲素在 1 3～ 1 37μg·ml- 1 范围内呈良好线形关系 ,平均加样回收率为 1 0 0 .55 % ,RSD =0 .61 % (n =3)。结论　该法操作简便 ,结果准确可靠 ,可用于舒肝糖乐胶囊的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine deoxyschisandrin contents in Sugantangle capsules by HPLC.METHODS HPLC analysis was carried out by LC-6A HPLC instrument with a Turer Kromasil C 18 (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm).The detective wavelength was 254 nm,and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (80∶20).RESULTS The calibration curves were linear (r=0.9999) in the range of 13-137 μg·ml -1 for deoxyschisandrin. The average recovery was 100.55% and RSD was 0.61%(n=3).CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate,and can be used to determine the deoxyschisandrin contents in Sugantangte capsules.更多还原
