【摘要】 目的　建立HPLC测定开胸顺气丸中厚朴酚含量的方法。方法　用乙醇回流提取 ;用EclipseXDB -C8色谱柱 (4 6mm× 15 0mm ,5 μm) ,流动相为乙腈 -水 (5 0∶5 0 ) ,冰醋酸调pH 3 0 ;检测波长 2 5 4nm。 结果　浓度在2 5 6 3～ 6 8 35 μg·ml-1范围内 ,厚朴酚的峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系 (r =0 9999) ,平均回收率为 98 8% ,RSD =0 98%。结论　该法简便 ,准确 ,重复性好 ,可作为开胸顺气丸的质量控制方法更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining the content of magnolol in Kaixiong Shunqi pills.METHODS The samples were extracted by ethanol and were analyzed on a Eclipse XDB-C 8 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-water(50∶50),pH was adjusted to 3.0 by HAc.The detection wavelength was 254 nm.RESULTS Within the range of 25.63～68.35 μg·ml -1 ,magnolol presented a good linear relationship between amount and peak area ( r =0 9999).The average recovery was 98.8%, RSD =0.98%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate.It has good reproducibility and can be applied to quality control of Kaixiong Shunqi pill.更多还原
