【摘要】 目的　研究烟酸缓释片在体内外的相关性。方法　通过烟酸缓释片体外释放试验和体内动力学研究 ,考察其在体内外的相关性。结果　烟酸缓释片在人工胃液及人工肠液中均能缓慢释药 ,体内血药浓度维持时间长 ,体外释放百分率与体内吸收分数呈良好相关性。结论　烟酸缓释片在体外释放和体内吸收之间有明显的相关性更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the correlation of Nicotinic acid sustained release tablet between in vitro and in vivo METHODS The correlation was studied by the test of the release in vitro and the pharmacokinetics in vivo through W-N method.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION The test showed that Nicotinic acid sustained release tablet could be slowly released in artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice.The serum concentration in vivo revealed that it could be kept for a long time.The correlation between the percentage released in vitro and the fraction absorbed in vivo was good.The correlation is obvious for Nicotinic acid sustained release tablet.更多还原
