【摘要】 目的　通过对 30 4例高脂血症患者饮食和运动状况的调查与分析 ,为进一步探讨该人群的非药物干预方法提供依据。方法　对 30 4名高脂血症患者采用自填式饮食问卷和运动记录表 ,进行饮食和运动状况的调查。结果　该人群饮食的平均分为 5 .19± 1.4 5分 ,肉类摄入以瘦肉为主 ,肉类、蛋类和谷类的摄入量偏高 ,食用油的摄入以植物油和动植物油兼用为主 ,但摄入量偏大 ,食用脱脂奶制品者不足 6 %。每周有 5天以上规律体育活动者不足 5 0 % ,低于人群的平均水平。高收入和教师人群规律运动者低于其他人群。结论　应开展改变不合理的生活方式的健康教育 ,着重加强高收入人群、教师人群主动运动锻炼的教育和指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective As the first step in a health education program for change in lifestyle, this study aims to assess the behavior of hyperlipidemia patients foward diet and physical activity.Methods This investigation in Chengdu involved 304 hyperlipidemia patients who were two colleges’ staff and workers between 18 and 86 years of age and met the diagnostic criteria for hyperlipidemia. An 11 item self completion diet questionnaire and a 3 item self completion physical activity questionnaire were used to assess the patients’ behavior foward diet and physical activity. Results The mean(sd) score of diet for all respondents was 5.19(1.45), the consumption of red meat less than 75 gram every day only accounted for 17.76%. The consumption of meat, eggs, rice and oil was more than that being recommendated for prevention and treatment of hyperlipidimia. The proportion of more than five days’ regular physical activity per week was less than 50%. The proportion of more than five days’ regular physical activity per week in the populations of high family income and teachers was lower than that of other populations. Conclusion It is very important to establish a systematic and personalized health education program for changing the diet and lifestyle of hyperlipidemia patients under Chinese conditions, and a strong emphasis should be placed on the high income familyies and the teachers.更多还原
