不同材料容器与水质对白纹伊蚊孳生状况的影响

【摘要】 [目的 ]研究 7类材料的容器与 5种水质对白纹伊蚊孳生状况的影响。 [方法 ]采用人工布容法与放回取样法 ,将 7类材料容器与 5种水质两两组合 ,各组合作 5个平行样。全年观察幼虫的生长密度指数 ,定期作水质的理化和细菌检测。 [结果 ]幼虫生长密度最高的为橡胶类 (废轮胎 ) ,依次是水泥、木质、金属、塑料和陶瓷类 ,玻璃类最少。降雨水、自来水、地下水、闽江水及池塘水 5种水质以降雨水幼虫生长密度最高 ,池塘水最低。调查自然界与人工布容的各类容器幼虫的孳生密度 ,发现两种方法均以橡胶类最高 ,阳性率分别为 5 7.4 %和 33.0 %。 [结论 ]白纹伊蚊在不同材料的容器和水质中均可滋生 ,但以橡胶类容器与降雨水最适合幼虫的生长繁殖

【Abstract】 To study the effect of 7 kinds of containers and 5 kinds of water quality on the growth of Aedes albopictus (AA). Using the method of manly locating containers and the method of recovering samples, 7 kinds of containers and 5 kinds of water quality were combined into 2 groups to observe the density index of larva breeding, physical and chemical detection of water quality was analyzed and bacteria was inspected periodically. The density index of AA larva breeding was the highest in rubber container, and then were cement, wood, metal, plastics and ceramics. The glass was the lowest. The larva prefer to breed in the rain water and the pond water was not suitable for breeding. Using two methods (natural environment observing and manly locating containers) to investigate the density, the highest was in rubber container and the positive rates of two methods were 57.4% and 33.0%. [Conclusions] AA can grow in all kinds of containers and water quality, but they are suitable for breeding in the rubber and the rain water.
