【摘要】 [目的 ]应用 RT- PCR方法鉴别福建省登革热感染及型别的判断。 [方法 ]从血清中提取病毒 RNA,行 RT-PCR,再用型特异性引物扩增出特异性片段 ,电泳后观察判断其型别。 [结果 ]从 6份早期病人血清扩增出 4份登革热 2型特异性条带。 [结论 ]该方法可用于登革热感染的鉴别诊断并判断其血清型更多还原

【Abstract】 To identify the serotype of infection by dengue virus in Fujian, China. The RNA extracted from sera of patient was used to synthesize cDNA in a reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) with a pair of universal primers. The serotype of virus by the sizes of products yielded in a second round PCR amplification with type specific primers was analyzed. The products of 4 from 6 sera specimens were specific fragment of dengue Type 2 virus. [Conclusion] The RT PCR method can be used to identify the infection by dengue virus and the serotype can be typed.更多还原
