【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨 O139群霍乱弧菌 (VC)在不同水体、不同温度的存活时间及其变异情况。 [方法 ]采集不同水样 ,选用 2个 O139VC菌株分别制成模拟标本 ,放置于不同温度定期观察。 [结果 ]O139VC在 4种不同自然水体的存活时间不长 ,除低温冰冻外 ,均少于 15 d,多在 1周内转阴 ;但同样 4种水体经高压灭菌后存活期长短不一 ,存活 3～2 87d并与不同水体、置不同温度有关 ;此外 ,O139VC在模拟水中生存较长时间后 ,其菌落特征、菌体形态及其部分生物学特性均会发生变化 ,直至自发变异成 L型菌而延长存活时间。 [结论 ]O139VC在不同水体、置不同温度时的存活时间不同 ,且可发生各种各样变异 ,包括自发变异为 L型菌。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the survival time and variation of Vibrio cholerae O139 (VC O139) in different modeling water and under different temperature. Two strains of VC O139 under different conditions were detected periodically and the survival time and variation were observed. VC O139 could only survive less than 15 days in 4 different natural water samples (except <0 ℃). Most of them died within one week. The survival time of VC O139 varied widely in the same water when the water were autoclaved. The range of survival time was 3～287 d. The survival time was associated with the water samples and temperature. The character of colonies, form and part of biological character of VC O139 could change or develop spontaneous L form variation when VC O139 survived for a long time. [Conclusion] The survival time of VC O139 is different in different water or under different temperature. VC O139 could develop different variation, including L form variation in water samples.更多还原
