河南省6类食品中肠出血性大肠埃希菌O157∶H7污染状况调查

【摘要】 [目的 ]调查肠出血性大肠埃希菌 O15 7∶H7在河南省 6类食品中的分布特征、污染状况及季节分布。 [方法 ]依据河南省自然地理概况分 5个采样区域 ,按夏冬季在销售环节随机取样。选择性增菌培养后 ,用 O15 7胶体金试剂筛查 ,免疫磁珠富集后分离病原菌 ,应用全自动生化鉴定系统和血清学的方法进行鉴定。 [结果 ]14 6 3份食品中共检出肠出血性大肠埃希菌 O15 7∶ H7共 2 8株 ,检出率 1.9% ,其中鲜肉和生食蔬菜检出率较高 ,分别为 3.3%和 3.2 %。夏季检出率 (2 .5 % )明显高于冬季检出率 (1.1% )。 [结论 ]肠出血性大肠埃希氏菌 O15 7∶H7在食品中污染较为严重 ,其检出率的高低与 O15 7∶ H7感染性腹泻的流行强度呈正相关。应加强畜禽屠宰、蔬菜生产和销售环节的监督监测 ,预防O15 7食源性暴发。

【Abstract】 To investigate the contamination, seasonal factors of O157∶H7 distribution in 6 types of food in Henan, China Henan was divided into five sampling areas according to the natural geographical features Samples are taken randomly in summer and winter sales links After selective culture of increasing reproduction, they were screened by immuno-gold reagent, the bacterium were separated after accumulation of immunomagnetic It was identified by VITEK32 AMS system and sero-reaction 28 EHEC O157∶H7 were separated from 1 463 samples of food The higher positive rate was 3 3% for raw meat and 3 2% for fresh vegetable The positive rate in summer (2 5%) is higher than that in winter (1 1%) [Conclusion] The contamination of EHEC O157∶H7 in food is serious The positive rate is positively correlated with the epidemic of infectious diarrhea Supervision and testing for food should be strengthened in meat and vegetable selling to prevent the breaking of food born diseases
