联二萘胺及其苯甲酰衍生物的制备和手性拆分
Synthesis and Chiral Resolution of 2,2′-Diamino-1,1′-binaphthyl and its Derivative
【摘要】 合成了 1,1′ -联 - 2 -萘胺和 1,1′ -联 - 2 -萘胺双苯甲酰胺 .用红外光谱对产物结构进行了表征 .用高效液相色谱手性固定相法拆分了产物的对映异构体 ,考察了流动相组成对手性拆分的影响
【Abstract】 2,2′-?Diamino1,1′binaphthyl and 2,2′bis（benzoylamido）1,1′binaphthyl were synthesized and characterized with IR spectra. Their enantiomers were separated by HPLC on a chiral stationary phase. The effect of mobile phase on the separation was discussed.
