激光刻蚀sol-gelTiO2薄膜的浸润性研究
Study on Wettability of Sol-gel TiO2 Film Ablated by Laser
【摘要】 应用 35 5nm脉冲激光在sol gelTiO2 薄膜表面刻蚀出微米级的沟槽形貌 ,讨论了具有微槽形貌TiO2 薄膜的浸润行为及其浸润性与亲水区域面积的关系 ,以及紫外光照对具有微槽形貌TiO2 薄膜亲水性的影响
【Abstract】 Sol-gel TiO2 films with the morphology of micrometer-scale channels wer e prepared by 355-nm pulse laser ablation. The relationship between wettability of channeled TiO2 films and the hydrophilic area and UV irradiation was di scussed. The results show that the laser-ablated area is superhydrophilic, and the larger the proportion of ablated area is, the lower the water contact angle of the channeled TiO2 films is. The water contact angle of channeled TiO2 films increases faster than that of smooth TiO2 films during the storage in d ark. On the other hand, the water contact angle of the channeled TiO2 films decreases also faster than that of smooth TiO2 films with UV irradiation.
