【Abstract】 Fifteen 1,3 oxathiolane likes flavoring compounds were synthesized by the reaction of 2 mercaptan ethanol with aldehydes or ketones respectively in the presence of p toluene sulfonic acid, where benzene was used as azeotropic dehydration agent. Structures of the compounds were identified by the data of IR, GC MS and 1H NMR spectrum. The synthesis scheme was convenient.更多还原
